Alison has been at Citi Gateway since opening July 2009, leads the team with strength and vigour to provide a quality service to you every day and loves being a foodie.
Outside of work “good friends and family are what it’s all about”. She is one proud Mama to her son in Dubai and her two fur babies Bear & Molly.
Anna Hill - Head Chef
Leading the culinary team Anna brings with her a wealth of 5 star experience. She has travelled the world in her culinary role and her passion for food is second to none. She strives daily to provide you with a wide and varied food offering with something to suit everyone.
When not cooking Anna will be found in her garden with a little bit of foraging to boot.
