Alison has been at Citi Gateway since opening July 2009, leads the team with strength and vigour to provide a quality service to you every day and loves being a foodie.
Outside of work “good friends and family are what it’s all about”. She is one proud Mama to her son in Dubai and her two fur babies Bear & Molly.
Richard Murphy -
Deputy General Manager
Richard joined the team in October 2023 and divides his time between the Costa services and daily restaurant services, is passionate about his role and enjoys imparting his 30 plus years of knowledge to the rest of the team.
A keen surfer and amateur photographer, is always looking for the next wave, be it food trends or the next big swell
Anna Hill - Head Chef
Leading the culinary team Anna brings with her a wealth of 5 star experience. She has travelled the world in her culinary role and her passion for food is second to none. She strives daily to provide you with a wide and varied food offering with something to suit everyone.
When not cooking Anna will be found in her garden with a little bit of foraging to boot.
