Our Mission

We strive to bring you the best food and drink by using credible, authentic recipes and top quality ingredients. We take a lot of pride and consideration in our approach to catering. We source local ingredients whenever possible and ensure we are taking a carbon-friendly approach to our operation. The Belfast culinary team is led by Head Chef Anna Hill who works closely with our UK&I Executive Chef, James Brown, and Dublin Head Chef Phillip Douglass, to carefully curate a balanced, delicious and nutritious menu that offers you a diverse range of cuisines from around the globe.
